"I had previously bought a must cheaper bouncer but my daughter was not comfortable so I returned it and decided to spend a bit more money and get something that would support her as well as keeping her attention and I am glad I bought this bouncer.
At first (4 weeks), I left her in without the arch so she could get to used to being seated by herself first but still able to see our faces and she would sit and chill out for about 10/15 minutes then get bored, I have now attached the arch and she loves it. As soon as the light & music comes on, she jumps and smiles...
She is fascinated by the little monkey swinging left to right and keeps staring at it.
At 8 weeks she is too young to trigger the light & music by pulling or touching the parrot or monkey but there is a repeat option so the light & music remains on constantly.
She can sit there and enjoy it for about 30minutes , giving me enough time to get on with the odd task at home.
There is more ( the parrot spins, removing the rings from the monkey's swing...) to keep her entertained as she is growing older.

Fisher Price Rainforest Bouncer baby jumper Review
I have bought this bouncer for my daughter when she was six weeks old and she instantly adored sitting in it. She has been in her Rainforest Bouncer for 15-20 minutes every day and now at three months is still entertained by it.
She loves both the continuous mode and the rattle mode. The hanging toys on the toy-bar are well-placed; even at six weeks she could reach the monkey's head (with the help of one of the rings that I'd placed in her left hand) or kick the parrot with her legs.
Apart from being entertained, the rattle-mode has trained her eye-hand-coordination and has helped her learn about cause-and-effect.
I would definitely recommend this bouncer. When your baby is in the bouncer mum has a chance to do things that are not always very easy while taking care of a high-maintenance young baby, such as taking a shower, getting dressed and doing some housework.
The music is not too loud and there's enough variation in melodies to be tolerable for an adult to hear it every day.
Also, my daughter (like any baby) looks very cute when she's in her bouncer, great for taking colourful photos!
In the seven weeks that we have used the bouncer, we've had to replace the batteries one time. We haven't really used the vibration mode though, as we have only used the bouncer to keep the baby entertained, not to get her to sleep.
As I'm not from an English-speaking country, I don't recognize all the nursery rhymes that are being played. I only recognize 'Pop goes the weasel' and 'If you're happy and you know it clap your hands'. Any help identifying the other melodies would be appreciated; I'd like to sing them for my daughter.

It is a fantastic solution for busy mothers. My one month old can sit and sleep in it for hours.
For many parents the worst time at night is when you can't settle your baby to sleep. But this bouncer can be of great help.
My son falls asleep on it immediatelly. All we have to do is just put him to the crib without waking him up. He is too young to play with the arch yet, but when the time comes, I'm sure, he is going to make the most of it.

We got this when our baby was first born and right from the very start she loved it!
The toy bar is a little low but she only likes to play with it for a short while.
She falls asleep in it and that makes me happy too!
Word of caution however, as she spent so much time in it (now just seven months and still using it) I decided to put the cover in the washing machine our machines lowest cycle is 40 deg. It shrank! we were able to stretch it back, but we would still get it again without a doubt!

I bought this chair for my week old son who is obsessed with bright lights.
How I wish this product had been around when I had my first son, as it is miraculous.
It has settings for the baby to bash at the toys underneath and set off rainforest sounds or music. The figures either side of the waterfall move up and down and the waterfall lights up and appears to flow.
It also has settings for an adult to set off the action for 10 minutes and every time my son falls asleep watching it!!
The parent settings are on buttons that face away from baby, so all he sees are the fun bits and the music is some of the calmest and least nauseating I have ever encountered in baby toys. In fact, I even found myself humming some of it as it's nursery ryhmes with a "holiday tropical" theme to it.
If your baby needs extra soothing, the button at the base of the seat allows you to vibrate the chair, this seems quite vigorous, but my baby does not seem to mind this at all.
The bucket seat does not require a head hugger and the bit that straps in the baby is large and secure, with adjustable straps. It may cost almost double the price of the cheap bouncers, but, it is well worth the money. I cannot recommend this enough.
My one and only reservation is the instruction manual for assembly, I reckon someone was laughing loud and hard as they gave some of the most vague and elusive instructions ever, leaving you having to assume and guess at what goes where. Once done however, I found myself wondering how I had managed a week without it!
Best baby product ever!

Have to say that this bouncer has been a fantastic buy for our little man. He sometimes falls asleep after a few minutes on the vibration setting, which is great to get an hour or so while he sleeps to do other things other than wait hand and foot on the bundle of joy!
The bouncer is very versatile as the arc can be easily removed if baby wants to gaze at you or if entertainment is required it can be pushed into position with little fuss, put it on a setting and away you go.
It has many functions that should keep your baby captivated (distracted!) for enough time to allow you to get on with other things.
All in all it has proved to be a good buy for us and our little man enjoys it, so that it good enough for me! Do take note that it does require "putting together", but it is easy and does not require a degree!
